Moving beyond the works on the wall, the panel will offer a more personal look into each artist’s practice. The artists will discuss how ideas develop in the studio, the role that materials and process play in their work, and the decisions that ultimately shape a finished piece. The conversation will also consider how each artist approached participating in New American Gothic while maintaining their own distinct perspective and visual language.
